Focus Bank

Setup. Turn on the camera, then Calibrate while looking at the screen normally.

Tracking. Head down = studying. Head up or away = idle. Hit Start to make it count.

Earning. Studying banks break time. Looking up or away for 15s straight auto-starts a break, counting down from your bank — if it hits 00:00 it keeps going into debt until the break ends.

Manual mode. "Manual breaks only" turns off auto-breaks — you start breaks yourself with the button. A manual break can still run into debt the same way if it counts all the way down.

Privacy. Everything stays on this device. Nothing leaves your browser.
